Why does more rain forms over west ferris than east ferris. More rain forms over West Ferris than east ferris because more water vapor is condensing into liquid on the west side . The water evaporates from ocean and the wind blows it toward the mountain
Where in the atomsphere does water vapor condense? High up where the temperature is cold.
When liquid water evaporates, water molecules do not disappear,. they change to water vapor.
What are the two factors we discussed that affect the movement of water vapor. wind and mountain size
When liquid water falls as rain, There is less water left on the atomsphere.
What is the rain show effect? The uneven pattern of rain that occurs when wind blows from a body of water towards a mountain and creates a lot of rain on the windward side of the mountain and very little on the opposite side.
Water vapor in the atomsphere hitting a mountain and changing direction is an example of what two spheres interacting? Hydrosphere and Geosphere .
What are the 4 spheres in Earths system? Atmosphere, Hydrosphere, Biosphere, Geosphere.
