| Catalyst | A chemical that reduces the amount of activation energy needed to start a chemical reaction. |
| Epithelial Tissue | Covers and protects the body surface, lines body cavities, specializes in moving substances into and out of the body or particular organs and forms many glands. |
| Matrix | Extracellular material that cells are surrounded by or embedded in. |
