why should the smear be thin? necessary to get a accurate gram stain.
why is it difficult to interpret the smears from women? women have normal flora that resembles neisseria.
Modified Thayer Martin agar is designed to facilitate the recovery of which organisms? A.)N.gonorrhoeae=Common name-gonoccus. B.)N.meningitidis=meningococcus.
