Parietal lobe-location Behind frontal lobe and above temporal lobe
Parietal lobe-function Sensation, touch and pressure are felt. Spatial orientation and information processing.
Temporal lobe-function Auditory processing and memory
Temporal lobe-location Below the frontal and pariental lobes
Occipital lobe-location Behind temporal lobe
Occipital lobe-function Visual center of the brain.
Hypothalamus-function Hunger, thirst, pain, pleasure, and sex drive. Regulates pituitary gland.
Pituitary gland-posteriro Neural tissue and considered an extension of hypothalamus
Pituitary gland-anterior Regulates hormone levels in the body
Cerebellum balance, coordination. Learned movements are stored.
Brain stem Regulates basic body function.
