| Air Pressure | The weight of the atmosphere pushing down on any given surface. |
| Troposphere | The 1st layer of the atmosphere, contains most of the overall mass in the atmosphere. This is were all weather happens. |
| Ozone | A form of oxygen that blocks some of the harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun |
| Barometer | A tool that is used to measure air pressure using numbers. |
| Altitude | How high or low an object is from the earth's surface. |
| Stratosphere | This layer contains the ozone layer and is the layer were most commercial planes fly |
