| delta | A landform created at the mouth of a river from the deposition of sediment. |
| frost wedging | A types of weathering that occurs when water trapped in crack and pores of rocks repeatedly freezes and melts. |
| glacier | A large mass of ice that slowly moves down mountains and valleys. |
| sand dune | A large hill or mound of sand formed by wind deposition. |
| sediment | Small pieces of weathered rock. |
| u-shaped valley | A landform created by the weathering and erosion of rock as a glacier moves down a mountain. |
