Definitions for each of the organs in the human body.
| Term | Definition |

| Stomach | The internal organ in which the major part of the digestion of food occurs. |
| Brain | This nerve is responsible for controlling the functions of our bodies, sending signals that make us move, and enabling us to learn of think. |
| Liver | Filters toxins from the body and regulates blood sugar. |
| Gall Bladder | Utilizes enzymes to digest food and absorb nutrients from the blood. |
| Esophagus | Transports food and liquid from the mouth to the stomach. |
| Lungs | Oxygen is taken in via the heart, where it reaches the bloodstream. |
| Kidneys | Creates urine by filtering water and salt from your blood. |
| Large Intestine | Digestion continues, water is absorbed, water is absorbed, and excessive waste and fiber are expelled. |
| Pancreas | Digestion is aided by the enzymes it produces. |
| Small Intestine | Utilizes enzymes to digest food and absorb nutrients from the blood. |
| Bladder | The urine storage container allows us the decide when we should use the toilet based on our urine levels. |
| Heart | It supplies oxygenated blood to your body and receives deoxygenated blood from it. |
