Academic Stems Practice

TermDefinition
Protagonist The character around whom the story revolves.
Antagonist The cause of the conflict with the protagonist.
Minor Characters Less important characters who might help us learn more about events or the main character.
Character Traits Personality traits that a character shows.
Round Round characters are well developed with many character traits.
Flat Characters who are not well-developed.
Dynamic A character who encounters conflict and who changes because of it.
Static A character who does not change during the story.
