| Cannula | Tube inserted into a blood vessel or cavity as a channel for fluid or gas |
| Butterfly needle | A type of needle used to collect blood from small or difficult veins |
| blood pressure monitor | a tool that measures the force of blood flow through a person's body |
| Antiseptic | A liquid used to sterilize (clean) the surface of the skin |
