ELNino periodic change in the location of warm and cool surface waters.
LaNina surface water temperatures in eastern pacific become very cool.

Neap tide the tides of minimal size where the sun, moon and earth are at a 90 degree angle.
Tidal range difference in levels of ocean water at high and low tides.
