| Communication | The ability to effectively & confidently communicate your thoughts & ideas verbally, non-verbally, & in writing. |
| Flexibility | Being ready to make changes, & adapt quickly & easily. |
| Initiative | Being a self-starter & self-directed, & looking for things to do before being asked. |
| Integrity | Being honest & ethical in your work & your treatmeant of others, & giving an honest day's work for a day's pay. |
| Leadership | Leading by example, encouraging ohers, & giving clear & concise directions. |
| Presentation | Speaking slowly, clearly & confdently; acting & dressing professionally & appropriately. |
| Problem Solving | Being creative, open-minded, practical, & helpful when approaching difficulties & problems. |
| Respect | Being considerate of other's feelings and differences, treating all people equally & recognizing their value. |
| Responsibility | Being accountable for the work that you do & dependable; accepting the responsibilities given to you. |
| Task/Time Management | Accomplishing work within the designated time, planning activities with realistic expectations for completion, multi-tasking to get things done, & being punctual. |
