| Wave Pulse | A pulse of energy that travels through an electric circuit when it is closed. |
| Electronic Signals | Information that is sent as a pattern in a controlled flow of current through a circuit. |
| Electromagnetic Signals | Information that is sent as a pattern electromagnetic waves, such as, visible light, microwaves, and radio waves. |
| Digital Signals | A signal that allows for a record of numerical values of an action at a set of continuous time intervals. |
| Analog Signals | A signal that allows for a continuous record of some kind of action. |
| Pixel | A small, uniform shape that is combined with other pixels, to make a larger image. |
| Transmission | The act of transferring something from one spot to another. |
