Hard palate Consists of portions of 4 bones. 2 maxillae and 2 palantines
Soft palate Forms the partition between the mouth and nasopharynx
Deciduous teeth 20 baby teeth
Permanent teeth 32 teeth that replace deciduous teeth
Stomach capacity in adults Ranges from 1.0-1.5 liters
Lesser curve of the stomach Upper right curve
Greater curvature of the stomach Lower left curve
Chief cells secretory cells found in the gastric glands. Secrete the enzymes of gastric juice.
