Hurricane a storm with a violent wind, in particular a tropical cyclone in the Caribbean.
Earthquake a sudden and violent shaking of the ground, sometimes causing great destruction, as a result of movements within the earth's crust or volcanic action.
Volcanic Eruption when gas and/or lava are released from a volcano—sometimes explosively

Cone of Uncertainty describes the evolution of the amount of best case uncertainty
Tornado a mobile, destructive vortex of violently rotating winds having the appearance of a funnel-shaped cloud and advancing beneath a large storm system.

Risk a situation involving exposure to danger.
magnitude the great size or extent of something.
fault an unattractive or unsatisfactory feature, especially in a piece of work or in a person's character.

tectonic plate Pieces of the earth crust which structures the earth.
Tectonic Plate Boundary Where two tectonic plates meet.
Convergent Boundary a location in Earth’s crust and mantle where two tectonic plates crash into one another, either one going under the other, or colliding into one another
Transform Boundary a location in Earth’s crust and mantle where two tectonic plates slide past one another
Divergent Boundary a location in Earth’s crust and mantle where two tectonic plates move apart from one another
fault a fault is a planar fracture or discontinuity in a volume of rock across which there has been significant displacement as a result of rock-mass
Precursor a person or thing that comes before another of the same kind; a forerunner.
