Omni channel marketing strategy more advanced and better for the consumer;a sales and marketing approach that provides customers with a fully integrated shopping experience. Omnichannel strategies unite user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
From omni channelling... companies can then go and view which channels are giving them the most activity and money
