Ecology for Kids

QuestionAnswer
organisms A living thing, such as a plant, animal, or person.
directly Happening right away with nothing or no one in between.
affect To cause a change in something.
traces Sign, clue, or evidence that something was there, or a small amount leftover.
vast Extremely large in amount, size, or area.
habitats A natural area where certain kinds of plants and animals live and grow.
variety Several, or more than one of something to choose from.
species A group of organisms that are the same kind.
banned Against the rules or not allowed to be somewhere.
radiation Invisible transfer of energy of waves through empty space.
