ATP A molecule that carries energy with cells used by all living things; created during the process of cellular respiration and or fermentation
Respiration Inhalation and exhalation of air; breathing
Cellular Respiration The process by which the chemical energy of "food" molecules is released and partially captured in the form of ATP
Photosynthesis The process by which green plants and certain other organisms transform light energy into chemical energy
infection Caused by invasion of a pathogen, often causing harm to tissues
Disease Illness or sickness caused by genes, infection, toxicity, nutritional imbalance.
Calorie Measure of food energy
