Energy Conservation Reducing or eliminating the unnecessary waste of energy
Energy Efficiently The measure of how much work we can get from each unit of energy we use
Cogeneration When two useful forms of energy are produced from the same fuel source
Passive Solar Heating System Absorbs and stores heat from the sun directly within a well insulated structure without the need for pumps or fans to disturb the heat
Solar Cells Device that converts solar energy directly into electrical energy
Biofuels Gas or liquid fuel made from plant materials
Geothermal Energy heat stored in soil, underground rocks, and fluids in the earth's mantle
