electric circuit a complete pathway of conductors that electrons flow through
fuse a device that shuts off the power to an electrical circuit when there is too much current flowing through it
open circuit electrons do not have a path to flow through; light bulb will not light
closed circuit electrons have a complete path to flow through; light bulb will light
load any component of a circuit that consumes power or energy
conductor materials that allow electricity to move through them easily
