Continuing education A required amount of training to maintain skills
Quality control Responsibility of the medical director to ensure that appropriate care is delivered by an EMT
Primary service center Designated area in which the EMS service id responsible for providing prehospital care
Medical director The physician who authorizes the EMT to perform in the field
Americans with Disabilities Act Protects disabled individuals from discrimination
