| radiant energy | energy that travels on invisible waves ( sunlight (solor system) heat from fire, x-rays , microwave ,etc. |
| thermal energy | the energy that all matter has because its particles (atoms and molecules) are in motion . |
| electric energy | the energy that comes from moving electrons ( can be static or current ) |
