| homeostatis | a stable internal environment in a living thing |
| respire | to exchange gases with the environment- not all living things need oxygen |
| living space | a basic needs, gives you a place to excrete, grow, etc |
| water | a basic need of all life on earth, some get it by drinking, others by eating, some by absrobing |
