| fascios | a tough sheet like membranes that covers the tissue |
| origin | when the muscle attached to the bones |
| insertion | the end that moves when the muscle contracts |
| adduction | moving a body part towards the midline |
| abduction | moving a body part away from the midline |
| flexion | decreasing the angle between two bones or bending part |
| extention | increasing the angle two bones or streangthening body part |
| rotation | turning a body part around it's own axis |
| circumduction | moving in a circle at a joint or moving one end of the body |
| muscle tone | and is sometimes described as a state of redness to act |
| contrature | a severe tighesning of a flexor muscle resulting in bending of a joint |
