De minimis Of only a tiny amount, trivial in consequential
De murrer, demurrer Defendants assertion that plaintiff's complaint is insufficient
De novo Anew; a new or second hearing, to hear a case from the beginning.
Dictum- singular dicta- plural Comments within a published opinion which do not relate directly to the facts of the case at hand.
