Main pointWhat it means
Courage Be hopeful and positive, make things work out as the way you expected.
Consideration Be careful, take time to learn before heading to a decision.
Balance courage and consideration Work things out for benefits and giving the income fairly to everyone.
Think win-lose High on courage, low on consideration. It is good to try to be on top, but not by pushing others down. You are unkind and unsympathetic.
Think lose-win High on consideration, low on courage. You have not tried your best to work things out as you expected, but you end up win because of the dependent object.
Think lose-lose You are not a motivated person, you are way behind other people. You need to change your mindset and socialize more.
Think win-win or no deal High on courage, high on consideration. You are a great member of your team. Win together, win yourself.
Make deposits in other people's emotional bank accounts (EBAs) EBAs wherein you can make deposits and withdrawals your emotional. It is a tool that helps you make new friends and build strong relationship.
Deposit in an EBA Do small acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidences, be loyal to the absent, set clear expectations, apologize, and forgive.
Withdrawal from EBAs Untrusted friends/coworkers, lying people, too competitive people, unkindness, people who use someone for benefits.
