Digital Footprint

Digital Footprint All of the information online about a person either posted by that person or others, intentionally or unintentionally
Cookies Small text files that are sent to your computer from certain websites. They track your behaviour and transactions.
GeoLocation An HTML5 application programming interface that allows developers to retrieve the geographical location information for a client-side device.
MetaData data that describes other data
Data Facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis
Spreadsheet A grid of rows and columns in which you enter text, numbers, and the results of calculations.
Browser History A list of websites an individual has visited recently. This includes any data associated with the website and how long the user was on the website.

Blog A Web log, which is a journal or newsletter that is updated frequently and published online.
Dossier a set of documents containing information about a person or event; a file
