1. When did the Tucks realize there was something peculiar about themselves and their horse? Jesse fell out of a tree and landed on his head but he was ok. The horse got shot but it didn’t kill him. Angus got bit by a snake. Jesse ate poison mushrooms and Mae cut herself. They realized after 10 then 20 years they weren’t getting older.
2. Why did Miles’ wife leave him and take the children? She decided he sold his soul to the devil.
3. What conclusion did the Tucks draw concerning their changelessness? They figured out it was the spring because the cat didn’t drink from it and died of old age
