Hertzsprung - Russel _(HR) Diagram

QuestionAnswer
What does the HR Diagram do? It measures temperature and brightness of a star
Temperature increases when you move: Left or right? Left
Brightness increases as you move: Up or down? Up
Is the sun in the middle of the diagram or does it fall on one of the sides? It falls in the center because it is average
What color represents the coolest stars? Red
What color represents the hottest stars? Blue
What is the suns brightness and temperature compared to other stars? Average
What 3 types of stars are categorized Main sequence, super giant, and white dwarf
