| Good posture | Alignment |
| RACE | Remove,Activate the alarm, Contain the fire, Extinquish, Evacuate |
| PASS | Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Spray |
| An occurrence that is considered unusual,undesired, or out of the ordinary, Disrupts the normal routine of resident, facility or both | Incident |
| Accident | Unexpected, unintended event that has the potential to cause bodily harm. |
| Paralysis on one side of the body | Hemiplegia |
