TermDefinition
Community A group of animals that interact common location.
Drought A long period of low rainfall that leads to not enough water in an area.
Ecosystem All the living and nonliving things that interact with each other in an environment.
Environment The physical surroundings on Earth are called the environment.
Environmental Change When the physical surroundings of an area change.
Flood A rise of water with no place to go.
Perish To die.
Population A group of people or animals living in a certain place.
Species A group of animals or plants whose members are similar and can breed together to produce young animals or plants.
Thrive To live well.
