What is natural selection? Process by which individuals are best suited to their enviroment, survive, and reproduce, most successfully.
What do they call of a natural selection? Survival of the fittest
What is adaptation? Inherited characteristic that increases an organism's chance of survival
What are the evidences of evolution? Fossil record, the geographical distribution of living species, homologous structures of living organisms, and similarites in early development, or embryology

What is half-life? The length of time required for half of the radioactive atoms in a sample to decay
What is vestigial organ? Organs that serves no useful function in an organism; traces of homologous structures

What is coevolution? 2 species evolve response to each other
What is convergent evolution? Similar enviroments around the world produce similar structures in unrelated species
What is geographical isolation? Members of a species are spearated by geographical barriers
