Water Cycle water constantly moving back and forth between the atmosphere and the Earth’s surface in a never-ending process
Evaporation the process in which liquid water becomes water vapor
Condensation the process in which water vapor in the air turns into liquid water
Precipitation the process in which water falls from clouds in the sky to the ground because of the pull of gravity
Accumulation the process in which water pools in large bodies
Run - Off water not absorbed into the soil
Ground Water water below the Earth’s surface
Weather the daily atmospheric conditions of an area that are a combination of the water cycle, wind, and sunlight
Climate the weather patterns found in different regions of the Earth’s surface, the average of atmospheric conditions over many years
