Fifteenth Amendment (1870) Suffrage for African Americans.
Sixteenth Amendment (1913) Authorized Congress to enact a national income tax.
Seventeenth Amendment (1913) Direct election of senators
Eighteenth Amendment (1919) Prohibition of alcohol
Nineteenth Amendment (1920) Women's Suffrage
Twentieth Amendment (1933) Shortens the lame duck period by moving the presidential inauguration from March to January.
Twenty-first Amendment (1933) Repeal of Prohibition
Twenty-second Amendment (1951) Limits the president to two terms in office
Twenty-Third Amendment (1961) Gives the right of voting to citizens in Washington D.C. and that they get votes in the electoral college
Twenty-fourth Amendment (1964) Prohibits poll tax in federal elections
Twenty-Fifth Amendment (1967) Established procedures for filling vacancies in the office of president and vice president as well as providing for procedures to deal with the disability of a president.
Twenty-sixth Amendment (1971) Lowers the voting age to 18
Twenty-Seventh Amendment (1992) Congress can't give itself a pay raise.
