What are tissues? | Tissues are groups of similar cells that work together to carry out specific tasks. |
What are organs? | Organs are groups of different tissues working together to perform s particular job. |
What is an Organism System? | The organ systems are groups of different organs that work to complete a series of tasks. |
What is a similar cell? | Similar cells group to make TISSUE which create organs that are part of the organism system that work together to keep and organism alive. |
What is the Nervous system? | The nervous system made up of nerves, a spinal cord, and the brain. It is responsible for carrying information and responding to that information. |
What is the circulatory system? | The circulatory system transports oxygen and nutrients to all cells in the human body. AKA the Cardiovascular systems. |
What is the respiratory system? | The respiratory system includes the mouth, nasal cavities, the larynx, the trachea, the bronchial tubes, and the lungs. It is responsible for supplying your body with oxygen. |
What is the digestive? | The digestive system includes the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine. rectum, and anus. It is responsible for processing food into useful nutrients for your body. |
What is the executory / urinary system(s)? | the executory / urinary system(s) is made up of organs that get rid of your blood of waste and control blood volume by removing excess water produced by cells. |
What is the skeletal system? | The skeletal system supports your body. |
What is the muscular system? | The muscular system is made up of a wide variety of tissues and organs that are responsible for voluntary movement. |
What is the Immune system? | The immune system is responsible for keeping you healthy and fighting diseases that enter you body. |
What is the endocrine system? | The endocrine system consists of ductless glands throughout the body that assist in the control of metabolism. |
What is the reproductive system? | The only system we don't need to be alive |
What is the integumentary system? | The Integumentary system consists of the skin, hair, nails, glands, and nerves. Protects us from the outside world |
