Teeth Hold, tears, and chews food
Tounge Moves food mass in a small, soft ball to the rear of the mouth
Liver Produces digestive juice called bile
Gall Bladder Stores bile until needed for digestion
Small Intestine Absorbs useable food substances (Absorbs Nutrients).
Salivary glands Secrete juices into the mouth
Esophagus Food passageway between mouth and stomach
Stomach Receives food, churns it, and adds gastric juices to it
Pancreas Produces digestive juices to further break down food in digestion
Large Intestine Stores unused solid substances after water is removed
Rectum Holds solid waste
