Lab Report Format

QuestionAnswer
Introduction Summerizes the subject that you are adressing in the lab report
Introduction May include brief history of the topic
Introduction May include your hypothesis
ProblemStatement A question or problem statment identify the problem or question that will be discused in the report
Hypothesis An educated guess
Materials includes materials, instruments, data to be collected, number of trials, dependent and independent variables, and all safety concerns and how to address them
Procedure How you do the experiment
Observations The data collected during the experiment
Results Answering any questions provided, graphs,draw conclusions
Conclusion wrap-up their lab report in 2-3 sentences include a statment if your hypothesis was right or wrong
