Life Cycles

Adult A full grown animal or plant
Larva the feeding stage of an insect that undergoes complete metamorphosis
Life Cycle the sequential stages of growth and development that an organism goes through in its lifetime.
Pupa the transformation, non-feeding stage that an insect goes through before becoming an adult.
Seedling a young plant grown from a seed, typically having a root, a shoot, and seed leaves.
Germinate the period in a plant's life cycle when a seed begins to grow.
