Periodic Table A table of chemical elements arranged in order based off of their atomic numbers, containing metals, nonmetals and metalloids.
Period/Rows Elements are put in periods by increasing atomic/number - They go across
Groups/Family Elements are put in groups based on chemical properties - They go downwards.
Element Box Atomic Number,Chemical Symbol,Element Name,Atomic Mass,
Periodic Table Arrangement .The periodic table contains Metals,and Non metals Metalloids .They are grouped together based on their physical properties
Metals location on left side physical properties shiny,ductile,Malleable,good conductors,high melting points
Non Metals location right side on the stairs on the periodic table physical properties-brittle dull,insulators
Metalloids location-along the stairs phyisical properties-share characteristics of bot metal and non-metals
Atoms Atoms and Elements-periodic table
