TermDefinition
Biodegradable Able to be decomposed by living organisms.
Conserve To preserve and protect an ecosystem or a resource.
Decompose Breaking down dead organisms and animal wastes into simpler substances to get energy.
Natural resource Anything from nature that people can use.
Pollution Any waste product or contamination that harms or dirties an ecosystem and harms organisms.
Population All the organisms of the same kind that live together in a given area.
Recycle To use the materials in old things to make new things.
Reduce To use less of something
Reuse To use something again.
