Biome Is large ecosystem that has its own Kind of plants, animals, and soil.
Tundra Is a cold biome and without trees the ground is frozen all year
Taiga Is a cool forest biome in the upper regions of the north
Deciduous forest Have trees that lose their leaves each year
Tropical rain forest This biome is hot and damp with plenty of rainfall
Chapparal The chaparral climate is characterized by dry, hot conditions in the summer and mild winters with moderate rainfall. The chaparral biome is like the desert biome except it receives more rainfall per year than the desert biome.
Savannah Grasslands found in the tropical and subtropical latitudes of the southern hemisphere
Grasslands Is a biome where the main kind of plant is grass
Desert Is a biome with a very little rainfall and lots of sun
Freshwater part of Earth that is covered with water with very little salt in the water, includes rivers, lakes, ponds, mostly water bodies on land
Saltwater part of Earth that is covered with water containing salt, includes oceans and seas.
