protist are organisms that are classified into the kingdom protista.
protist are usually single celled organism.
protist live in moist enviorment.
protist obtain their energy in severall ways..
animal-like protist ingest or absorb food after capturing it o.r trapping it .
protist have 3 main ways to move {locomotive}
flagellum- a long whip-like tail ised to move and/or catch food
an example of flagellum protist is the euglena
cilia- a small hail like structures on the surface of the cell used to sweep food into mouth like structures and/or to move.
an example of a cilliartaed protist is a paramecim
pseudopod- (faulse foot) a fingex-like structure of the cell used to catch food and or movement.
an example of a protist with pseudopod us the amoba.
plant-like protist produce through photosynthiseis
fungus-like protist obtain their food by external digestion either as decomposers or as protist
