| Triassic Period | Reptiles become common and that first dinosaur and reptile-like evolve |

| Cretaceous Period | First flowering plants appear and there are more kinds of mammals |
| Tertiary Period | New groups of mammals appear and flowering plants are more common |
| Quaternary Period | Humans evolve and woolly and mammoths became extinct. |
