| cell wall | gives the cell strength and stiffness. This helps the cell keep its shape. |
| vacuoles | Used for storage, vacuoles usually contain water or food. (Are you are thirsty? Perhaps your vacuoles need some water!) |
| cytoplasm | fills the space inside the cell membrane/ fills most space |
| chromosomes | contain the information that the cell uses for growth and activities. In plant and animal cells, the chromosomes are inside the nucleus. |
