Levels of Organization of Living Things

Macromolecule- the world DNA is made of deoxyribonucleic acid, and is used to code for all living things.

Organelle- the world Chloroplasts are organelles in plants that help them produce sugar during photosynthesis
Organelle- my world Mitochondria are organelles in my somatic cells that help change sugar into energy during cellular respiration
Cell- the world A skin cell in a snake protects it from harmful substances entering its body
Cell- my world A nerve cell sends out signals that help with reflexes
Prokaryotes- the world The bacteria on under the tables in a park are prokaryotes

Eukaryotes- the world The cells of a blade of grass in a park is eukaryotic
