For a science experiment to have valid results it is important for it to have: Controlled environments, organization and precise work.
What is an example of Earth's spheres interacting? Photosynthesis-Plant (biosphere) sucks up water (hydrosphere) and uses the suns radiation to produce food for the plant. The plant takes in CO2 from the atmosphere and releases oxygen.
When rain evaporates and absorbs heat energy, what does this do to the temperature in that area? The temperature will become cooler.
The biosphere interacts directly with the lithosphere when: Plants/animals die, decompose and become part of the lithosphere.
Why is London, England warmer than areas the same distance from the equator? The Gulf Stream keeps the air warmer in that area b/c the wind flows from west to east therefore the air is warmer due to the warmer current.
When conducting the same experiment as someone else gets different results, the best option would be to: Check for error.
Which winds move from west to east affecting the large air masses that flow across the United States? Jet Streams
Why does a large part of energy remain near Earth? Gases in the atmosphere keep energy as heat (think greenhouse effect)
What happens to most meteors headed towards Earth? They burn up due to friction in the Earth's atmosphere before reaching Earth.
