R. Omne delectamentum in se habentem. Response: Having in itself every delight
Oremus Let us pray
Deus qui nobis, sub Sacramento mirabili, passionis tuae memoriam reliquisti God, who has left us under the wonderful sacrament a memorial of thy passion
tribue, quaesumus, ita nos corporis et sanguinis tui sacra mysteria venerari grant we beseech thee so to venerate the sacred mysteries of your body and blood
ut redemptionis tuae fructum in nobis jugiter sentiamus. that we may continually experience within us the fruit of thy redemption
Qui vivis et regnas in saecula saeculorum. Amen Who lives and reigns unto ages of ages. Amen.
Adoremus in aeternum Sanctissimum Sacramentum. Let us adore for evermore the most holy sacrament.
Laudate Dominum, omnes gentes Praise ye the Lord, all nations
laudate eum, omnes populi Praise him, all peoples
Quoniam confirmata est super nos misericordia ejus For his mercy has been confirmed upon us
et veritas Domini manet in aeternum. And the truth of the Lord abides forever.
Gloria Patri et Filio et Spiritui Sancto Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost
Sicut erat in principio, et nunc et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen. As it was in the beginning and now and always and unto ages of ages. Amen.
