Visible bruising and tearing of cerebral tissue with petichial hemorrhages along the superficial aspects of the breain at the sit of impact (shaken baby syndrome)

patient supine- flex knee and hip on abdomen, extend leg and if pain or resistance indicated its positive (Bacterial Meningitis)

patient supine- flex head, if leags draw up or patient complains of pain its positive (Bacterial Meningitis)
