newtons The unit that force is measured
balanced forces Forces that are equally balanced
gravity A force that pulls us to the ground. It pulls us to the biggest mass of an object.
contact forces A force that causes motion over an object by physical iteration
friction The resistance of two objects moving relative to another.
spring balance The tool that measures forces
weight The mass x gravity of an object
mass The whole object inside and out. It can never change
earths rotation the rotations of the earth over 24 hours
probe A small space craft sent away from earth and orbit other planets.
telescope A instrument designed to make distance objects appear nearer. Usually used to look at space
solar eclipse when the moon moves in between the sun and earth casting a shadow on the earth and covering the sun making it very dark from specific places
static electricity Static electricity is an imbalance of electric charges within or on the surface of a material.
spring tide A tide in which the difference between high and low tide is the greatest. Spring tides occur when the Moon is either new or full, and the Sun, the Moon, and the Earth are aligned.
buoyancy A force that acts in water which pushes upwards
geocentric The old model of our solar system with the earth in the center and everything orbiting earth.

mitochondria The main body of a cell. They power it
cell wall A structure that is found on the outside of all plant cells
microscope A instument used in science use to make small object appear bigger. Used to look at cells
heliocentric model The new model of the Solar system with the sun in the center and the planets in the suns orbit
