| Ecosystem | A system containing all biotic and abiotic factors. |
| Succession | A change in an ecosystem overtime. |
| Primary Succession | A slow process that starts with almost no living things. |
| Secondary Succession | Started by an event and hurts a ecosystem. A natural disaster. |
| Biodiversity | A number and variety of different species of plants and animals in an area. |
| Natural Resources | materials or substances such as minerals, forests, water, and fertile land that occur in nature. |
| Coral Reefs | A ridge of rock in the sea formed by the growth and deposit of coral. |
