electric circuit The pathway through which electrical current flows
conductor Material that allows heat or electrical energy to easily flow through it.
insulator Material through which heat or electricity does not easily flow.
flow To move or travel smoothly in a certain direction.
electric current The flow of electricity through a circuit.
electromagnetic field A magnetic field created by an electrical current.
closed circuit A pathway that allows an electric current to flow freely.
open circuit A pathway that prevents electric current from flowing freely or stops the flow.
electricity Energy produced by the movement of electrons.

thermal energy energy that makes things feel warm
